Check-In Details

• Pickup Time: 9 a.m. in the Hilo area.

• Cruise Ship Visitors: Our tour guide will meet you inside the cruise ship terminal at the Port of Hilo, holding a sign that reads “Shaka Braddah Tours.”

• Other Pickup Locations: We will arrive at your specified location in a white 15-passenger Ford Transit van, featuring our company name decal on the side door.

• Please Note: We are currently unable to pick up guests from the Hilo airport, but we do offer drop-off services.

• The tour includes moderate walking, including climbing approximately 15 stairs during the lava tube portion of the tour.
