Tour Guidelines:

• Certified Lifeguards onboard for safety

• Restrictions: No pregnant women, individuals with back/neck injuries, or children under the age of 4

• Please bring towel, sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses

• Full-faced snorkel masks are not permitted for safety reasons

• Eco-raft may have ocean spray—bring a waterproof bag for your personal items

Cancellation Policy:

• 24-hour notice for a full refund

• 72-hour notice for groups of 5 or more for a full refund

• 7-day notice for private charter cancellations

• Tour may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to weather or capacity
