Special Requirements:

For families with young children, please note the following participant restrictions:

• Parents or guardians must provide proper car seats or booster seats for minors.

• Children under 4 years of age are required to have a child safety seat and cannot ride as a lap child.

• Children between 4 and 7 years old, or those shorter than 4’9″, must use either a child safety seat or a booster seat.

• Swim time is not guaranteed, and no lifeguards will be on duty at swim locations.

• Swim at your own discretion and risk. Our guides are not certified lifeguards.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

To request a refund, please contact our main office at (808) 575-2317 and speak with one of our team members, or leave a message. We will record your cancellation request and send an email confirmation once the request is processed.

Cancellation Requirements for Private Tours:

• Full Refund: To receive a full refund, we require at least one week (168 hours)‘ notice prior to the tour’s start.

• No Refund: Cancellations made within one week (168 hours) of the tour will not be refunded.

• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your tour, the full price will be charged.

Full Refunds will be provided in the following cases:

• Company Cancellations: If the company cancels due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Medical or Travel Emergencies: If a guest experiences a medical or travel emergency and provides proper documentation.

This policy ensures clarity on refund requests and provides a streamlined process for cancellations.
