• Participant Restrictions:
  • Parents or guardians must bring proper car seats or booster seats for minors.
  • Children under 4 years of age must have a child safety seat and cannot ride as a lap child.
  • Children aged 4-7 or shorter than 4’9″ are required to use a child safety seat or booster seat.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, please contact our primary number at (808) 575-2317. You can either speak with us directly or leave a message. Your cancellation request will be noted, and you will receive an email confirmation once the request has been processed.

Cancellation Notice:

• A minimum of 48 hours advance notice is required for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the private tour will not be refunded.

• No-shows will be charged the full price of the tour.

Full Refunds Will Be Given For:

• Cancellations made by the company due to extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Medical or travel emergencies, provided the guest submits proper documentation.
