What You Can Expect
Your tour begins with transportation to the 6,500-foot elevation level of Haleakala. There, you will watch the sky shift with brilliant predawn colors while your local guide shares stories about the volcano’s history, unique geological features, and native plants and animals found only on Maui.
Once the sun rises, you’ll be equipped with a cruiser bike and helmet to begin your guided downhill journey. Ride through the scenic switchbacks of Haleakala Ranch, past the peaceful slopes of Kula, and into the lively upcountry towns of Makawao and Paia. Your adventure ends at Paia Bay Beach Park along the Pacific Ocean.
