Itinerary

• Stops: Ho’okipa Beach, Ke’anae Peninsula, Pua’a Ka’a Wayside, Wailua Valley State Wayside Park, *Halfway to Hana or *Aunty Sandy’s.

Check-in Details

Participant Instructions:

• Arrival: Please be at your designated pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

• What to Bring:

  • Cash for personal purchases and gratuities

  • Camera, phone, and charger

  • Sunglasses and sunscreen

  • If swimming, bring swimsuit, water shoes, and beach towel.

• Gratuity: Driver gratuity is greatly appreciated.

Special Requirements

Participant Restrictions:

• Car Seats: Parents/guardians must bring appropriate car or booster seats for minors.

  • Children under 4 years old must have a child safety seat and cannot ride on an adult’s lap.

  • Children ages 4-7 or those shorter than 4’9″ must use either a child safety seat or a booster seat.

Disclaimers

• Tour Route: The route may change due to unforeseen conditions such as extreme weather, fallen trees, road closures, or park accessibility issues. Expect bumpy roads and uneven terrain at stops.

• Swimming:

  • Swim time is not guaranteed.

  • No lifeguard will be on duty at swim locations.

  • Swimming is at your own risk and discretion, and is weather-dependent. Our guides are not lifeguards.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, please contact us at our primary number (808) 575-2317. You can either speak to a representative or leave a message. Your cancellation request will be recorded, and you will receive an email confirmation once the request has been processed.

Cancellation & Refund Details:

• For private tours, a minimum of one week (168 hours) advance notice is required for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than one week (168 hours) from the start of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

• No-shows will be charged the full price.

Full Refunds:

A full refund will be provided under the following circumstances:

• Cancellations made by the company due to extreme weather or other uncontrollable events.

• If the guest has a medical or travel emergency and provides the company with proper documentation.
